Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) on improving the quality of educational services at the Faculty of Arts, Al-Asabaa. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. A validated questionnaire was designed as the primary tool for collecting data and was distributed to faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Al-Asabaa.

The significance of the study lies in identifying the extent to which Total Quality Management contributes to enhancing the educational process. The findings revealed a statistically significant effect of implementing Total Quality Management on improving the quality of educational services. The results also indicated that the employee participation dimension had the greatest impact (67.8%), followed by continuous improvement (67.5%), and top management commitment and support (61.3%). These findings demonstrate that the dimensions of Total Quality Management play a significant role in enhancing the quality of educational services.

Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening top management commitment and support, expanding faculty members' participation in decision-making, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to further enhance the quality of educational services.
