This study presents an innovative engineering approach to transition from traditional governance systems reliant on human mediation to smart sovereignty frameworks. The paper aims to address the dilemma of political alienation by introducing an operational model termed the "Sovereign Button." This model systematically reduces political transaction costs by encoding axiological values into an immutable algorithmic core. Drawing upon the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development framework (OECD, 2024) regarding real-time responsiveness, and the International Telecommunication Union standards (ITU, 2024) for sovereign data protection, the study concludes that transitioning toward a digital meritocratic state necessitates transcending rigid constitutional frameworks in favor of an evolutionary algorithmic constitutionalism. This paradigm shift mitigates existential alienation (Frankl, 1946) and establishes a novel form of cumulative legitimacy grounded in the actual, real-time cadence of sovereign performance, thereby redefining the social contract through digital mechanisms that ensure enforced justice and prevent the arbitrary deviation of authority.
